3. Do you offer any guarantee
|
|
|
|
We offer a five year guarantee on all of our painting work and repair, when Porter® premium products are used. This guarantee also includes the cost of labor. A three year guarantee can be offered when other brands of paint are used at customer’s request.

4. Do I need to pay any money up front?
|
|
|
|
No. We will never ask for one penny until your job is complete and you are satisfied. We feel that any reputable company should be willing to incur any expense until the job is complete as promised.

5. Can I provide the materials?
|
|
|
|
Yes. You can provide any materials you may already have or get deals on that allow you to get the product cheaper than we do. This of course does lower the price, but we can normally get the best deals possible.
|

6. What type of paint do you use or recommend?
|
|
|
|
We always recommend Porter® premium paints, including their Acri-shield or LTC (Low-Temperature Cure) paints. Of course we can use any paint that you prefer and the price will vary slightly. 7. Can you do repair work on damaged wood or siding?
|
|
|
|
Yes. We can repair wood and cement siding, as well as stucco. Any damaged wood on windows, trim, and deck work can also be replaced. We have highly skilled carpenters on every crew to address these repairs as they come up.

8. What happens if I need a touch-up?
|
|
|
|
We will promptly complete any touch-up needed within the guarantee time period. All of our touch-ups are usually done on the Friday of the week it was requested. To request a touch-up either call (704)529-8405 or use our touch-up request page.

9. Will I get a better deal if my neighbor and I do our jobs at the same time with your company?
|
|
|
|
Yes. We will always offer a better deal on any jobs that can be done together. We offer these deals on a case by case basis, but you are guaranteed at least a 5% discount on top of any other discount if you and a friend or family member use us for a job at the same time. Any discount will, of course, apply to both parties.
